David, a key member of IWS, provides direction for CDL training and coordination for both foreign and US-based drivers, with a background in CDL and OTR long haul experience. He has prior experience as General Manager for Sunrise Express Inc., leading critical transition phases and building a strong sales organization. He has experience in financial forecasting, resource allocation, fund management and accounting. David has also served as President of GSI International, where he led efforts to establish a global network of company-owned foreign sales organizations and an independent dealer network, traveling to over 50 countries. He is a proud graduate of Aurora, NE High School, enjoys time with his wife, family, church and friends, and is committed to mentoring future career professionals.

Keith is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in transportation and manufacturing, including truck driving, agricultural truck driving, and military aerospace manufacturing. He has honed his discipline, focus, and attention to detail as a Marine Corps infantryman and is well-equipped to excel in various roles at IWS with his unique combination of skills and experiences. Keith also had a background in trucking industry as an over-the-road truck driver and became an owner-operator, showing his adaptability as a professional in transportation sector.

I am a very dedicated and experienced transportation professional. I have been over-the-road most of my career. Hauling a wide variety of different trailers and machinery. I brought my values from the Army to the civilian side and complete all my objectives with diligence. I use my experience to carry the knowledge of the industry to the classroom.

Born in St. Vincent and the Grenadines I spent nearly my first decade in the islands before my parents moved us to the states. After my childhood days in Brooklyn, I joined the Army myself to experience first hand. What my parents had shown me as an 'Army Brat'. As an 82nd Airborne paratrooper I coordinated jumps, specialized in warehouse logistics and operated semi trucks with a military CDL license. Throughout my travels I had the honor of earning an international driver's license which gave me the opportunity to drive in Italy, Germany, Korea and on the other side of the road in both England and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Subsequently I moved to Nebraska for college where I met my wife and started our family. We've since settled in Lincoln, Nebraska where I've focused on Warehouse Management and Class A - CDL driving. Living in several different countries, I was exposed to various languages and cultures which has given me a broad appreciation for helping those relocating to the states.

Trevor is a dedicated member of the IWS team, where he specializes in both driver development and navigating the regulatory requirements for obtaining a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). As a certified professional truck driver with a passion for mentoring and training, Trevor uses his wealth of knowledge and experience to provide hands-on training in a truck, equipping aspiring drivers with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the industry. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a wealth of experience in the trucking industry, Trevor is a valuable asset to the IWS team. In his personal life, Trevor resides in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife Lindsey and their daughter Olivia.

Celie is a dedicated member of IWS focused on improving the customer and driver experience through efficient administrative support. She is passionate about ensuring success for drivers and building lasting relationships with customers. Celie brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at a large agricultural cooperative, where she dealt with grain commodities and worked on legal matters. She holds a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University and resides in Aurora, Nebraska.

Gibby is our Administrative Assistant at IWS. Armed with a degree in Psychology and certified as a registered psychometrician in the Philippines, Gibby brings a unique blend of expertise to the team. With a background in online teaching, adept CRM handling, and a keen eye for general business administration, Gibby is the go-to person for navigating growing opportunities at IWS.

Todd enjoys creating and improving environments for the benefit of people. He has broad international experience, starting with his time in the military in 2000, and continuing with a large multi-national company where he traveled to 6 of 7 continents. He has knowledge and experience in many different cultures, and understands peoples’ needs. Todd and his wife, Teresa, are raising their three children in Aurora, Nebraska and are happy to call it their home.

With over 15 years of experience in the finance sector, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as the Head of Enrollment and financial aid at International Workforce Services. He is well-versed in creating flexible payment options, making education accessible and affordable for aspiring professionals. At IWS, Tim is committed to helping individuals invest in their future, understanding that everyone deserves the opportunity to better themselves. In addition to his finance responsibilities, Tim plays a key role in integrating marketing strategies with IT and social media initiatives to enhance IWS's outreach and engagement. His multifaceted role ensures that the academy remains at the forefront of educational advancements and accessibility. Tim’s dedication to financial inclusivity and his innovative approach to enrollment strategies make him a pivotal part of the IWS team, where he continues to drive success for the academy and its students.

McCullen plays a vital role in maintaining smooth operations. His responsibilities include managing the company's IT infrastructure, resolving technical challenges, and optimizing processes. With a keen eye for innovation and efficiency, he actively seeks opportunities to enhance operations in the fast-paced transportation industry.
